Counsel's Office
Michael N. Volforte, Acting General Counsel
Acts as the state's counsel in employee grievance and improper practice proceedings, provides legal support on labor relations matters to GOER's contract negotiation staff and state agency human resources practitioners. Telephone: (518) 474-4090
