2023 Open Enrollment
The FSA has a new vendor for the 2023 plan year, Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC). TASC will provide your debit card, process and pay claims, and provide customer service for your FSA. Bentek will process your FSA enrollment.
To enroll for 2023 click Enroll Now to go to the Bentek enrollment system for TASC. Choose Don’t have an account? Create one. You will need your:
- Nine digit employee ID (ex: N0123XXXX)
- Department ID (ex: 01050)
- Negotiating unit (ex: 02)
Once you create your account, log in and submit your 2023 FSA enrollment.

Deadline
Remember, open enrollment ends at 11:59 p.m. on December 12, 2022, so make sure to enroll before that time. To receive your HCSA debit card by January 1, you will need to enroll by December 1. If you enroll between December 1 through December 12, your HCSA debit card will arrive mid-January but you can still submit claims for qualified expenses after January 1.
