Agency Police Services Unit (APSU) - 31

Represented by Police Benevolent Association of New York State, Inc., the Agency Police Services Unit is comprised of certain personnel who have police duties and responsibilities and are employed in the Department of Environmental Conservation, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, and the State University of New York.

The titles in this unit include university police officers and investigators, environmental conservation officers and investigators, park patrol officers, and forest rangers. Members of this unit have binding interest arbitration for issues related to compensation.
