The coordinator will meet with you in person or by phone to assess your situation, provide you with referrals to community resources, and follow up with you to see how you are doing and if you need any additional assistance.
EAP is designed to help state employees deal with the everyday issues involved in balancing work and life, as well as more serious problems that may impact work performance. EAP services are confidential, voluntary, and offered at no cost to employees and their families.
