How To Enroll

The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) vendor for the 2024 plan year is Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC). TASC will provide your debit card, process and pay claims, and provide customer service for your FSA. Bentek will process your FSA enrollment.   

To enroll click Enroll Now to go to the Bentek enrollment system for TASC. 

Returning participants log into your Bentek account. 

New participants choose Don’t have an account? Create one. You will need your: 

• Nine digit employee ID (ex: N0123XXXX) 
• Department ID (ex: 01050)
• Negotiating unit (ex: 02) 

Once you create your account, log in and submit your FSA enrollment.

Your FSA enrollment lasts for only one year. Re-enrollment is not automatic.

Important Reminders

Open enrollment for the 2024 plan year ended at 11:59 p.m. on December 11, 2023. Please continue to check our website for the 2025 plan year open enrollment period dates. 

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations do not allow exceptions if you miss the open enrollment deadline, regardless of your reason. Enroll early to avoid long hold times or other issues that may occur during the last few days of the open enrollment period that could cause you to miss the deadline.
