The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment tool is used as a foundation for understanding individual differences and applying that understanding to the ways people think, communicate, and interact. Participants will be provided with an overview of their personal styles based on an online assessment completed prior to attending this session.
